Research Series on Human-Animal Relationships: Thinking of Pet Buffers Against Psychological Pain

Are you interested in the ground-breaking advances of human-animal interactions? Curious to hear more about research at the University of Arizona?

The College of Veterinary Medicine is delighted to host a series of virtual lectures focused on human-animal Interaction for free to our campus and greater community. The Research Series on Human-Animal Relationships features many scholarly talks and discussions on human-animal relationships. All undergraduate students are welcome to register for any of these sessions. Their affiliates investigate different facets of human-animal relationships, broadly construed. They also have expertise in veterinary medicine, animal cognition, anthropology, interpersonal psychology, and human decision-making, among other disciplines. 

In this session, Martin Reimann, who is an Associate Professor at the University of Arizona, will be presenting on "Thinking of Pet Buffers Against Psychological Pain".
